  • Core Product Development

1.1 Lead or play a key role in the end-to-end product design, development, and validation process for adaptive stabilizer systems. 1.2 Translate system-level requirements into detailed, actionable engineering specifications and design solutions. 1.3 Be responsible for the design, selection, validation, and optimization of critical components to ensure system performance meets target objectives.

  • Product Engineering & Quality Assurance Execution 2.1 Author, maintain, and manage core engineering deliverables, including but not limited to:DVP\DFMEA\PFMEA\PPAP 2.2 Create, review, and release all related engineering drawings and technical documents, guaranteeing their accuracy and completeness.
  • Supplier Management & Co-development 3.1 Manage key component suppliers, including assessment, selection, and technical oversight. 3.2 Serve as the primary technical interface for suppliers, clarifying requirements and supporting them in resolving development and production issues. 3.3 Monitor supplier performance in quality and delivery, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Customer Interface & Requirements Management 4.1 Act as the main technical point of contact for customers, deeply understanding their technical needs, specifications, and standards. 4.2 Proactively communicate project technical status, clarify technical issues, and effectively manage customer engineering change requests (ECRs). 4.3 Ensure all engineering activities align with customer expectations to maintain and enhance satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Support 5.1 Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Design, Test, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality) to ensure projects advance on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 5.2 Identify technical risks within the project, develop mitigation plans, and report promptly to the project management team. Requirements:
  • Experience level of 5 years in chassis components development, with preferable past experience in the development of stab bars or shock absorbers
  • Good at English
