芬必得多个重大项目在即,我们希望能招募1位intern,主要支持digital marketing的工作,具体要求和期待如下:
- 金芬上市重中之重,需协助执行落地过程,包括但不限于抖音HCP教育审稿、科普达人内容支持、红书KOL内容把控、红书IP执行等;
- 协助金芬及liquid gel social education 落地,包括但不限于, Sipac 系统筛选KOL,协助审稿,出街和内容跟踪;
- 协助设计KOL内容与产品内容的结合方式,需要在过去的实习中有做过KOL content management,对红书笔记、抖音视频有比较好的内容sense;
- 对接外部agency, 沟通kol内容反馈,跟进各项执行流程;
- 基础性工作:预定会议室、核销、内部材料审核等;其他工作包括样品申领、竞品追踪、老板交代的其他事宜等。
岗位要求:
有责任心,细心靠谱,沟通能力强,抗压能力强,具有mult-tasking的能力; 对社交平台抖音小红书有了解,对如何种草、科普类视频等等有自己的理解和感觉,有经验加分 每周至少4天,能够持续4个月及以上(能保证稳定长期优先),需尽快入职; 熟练的Office技能,PPT、Excel、Teams、Outlook是工作必备软件; 有marketing sense,对数据具有敏感度,有大健康、快消或 Agency等相关实习经历加分;
