Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Undertake the responsibility of receiving and conveying customer-side quality complaints, provide prompt responses to customers on behalf of the company, and take charge of fostering and maintaining sound customer relationships as well as internal team collaboration.
  • Coordinate internal teams to conduct in-depth analysis of the root causes of non-conformities, formulate targeted improvement measures, and track and validate the effectiveness of such measures throughout the implementation process.
  • Organize, compile and submit responses to non-conformity reports in strict accordance with customer requirements. For matters involving product return and exchange, non-conforming product disposal, and third-party inspection, initiate applications in the CAR (Corrective Action Request) system in compliance with the internal NCMR (Non-Conforming Material Report) process, and follow up on the entire process until the cases are formally closed.
  • Conduct statistical aggregation and in-depth analysis of customer complaints, complete the Lessons Learned documentation, and distribute the same to relevant internal teams for knowledge sharing.
  • Be responsible for the preliminary quality planning of new products in the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) phase, including but not limited to:
  • Review of design drawings
  • Evaluation of functional tests
  • Assessment of measurement feasibility
  • Review of PFC (Process Flow Chart) and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
  • Participate in quality-related work throughout the entire new product development lifecycle, including but not limited to:
  • Compilation of CP (Control Plan), MSA (Measurement System Analysis), CPK (Process Capability Index), MSOP (Measurement Standard of Product) and SIP (Standard Inspection Procedure)
  • Collection, verification, and submission of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents
  • Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) review meetings for internal process anomalies, and provide professional input on quality-related decisions. Formulate product appearance standards and execute the sample signing process to confirm official quality benchmarks.

Job Qualifications

  • Possess excellent communication skills, strong team collaboration capabilities, effective expression skills and systematic problem-solving abilities.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the requirements specified in IATF16949 and the 5 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), and be proficient in their practical application in work scenarios.
  • Be well-versed in the customer complaint handling procedures and standards of major domestic and international OEM&CMs.
  • Be willing and able to undertake short-term and short-distance temporary business trips as required by work.
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently set work objectives, effectively implement work schedules, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes such as die-cutting, coating, wrapping, stamping and laser welding.
  • Be familiar with the quality management system requirements of IATF16949 and ISO9000, and have experience in implementing or maintaining relevant systems.
  • Possess proficient English language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of handling English-based work documents and communications.
  • Hold an educational background in engineering-related disciplines (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
