External: Local human resource market, recruiting service suppliers, recruiting website, candidates.

外部:劳务市场,劳务公司,招聘网站,应聘人员

What You Will Do
Communicate with HRBP to know well about the recruitment needs of business, implement the Non-exempt recruitment requisition.

向HRBP了解业务部门的用人需求,及时完成Non-exempt招聘任务

Work with training center, improve the recruiting process to reduce TOR.

与培训中心协作,持续优化Non-exempt员工招聘流程, 降低流失率

Hold an exit interview with Non-exempt employees and mark the true reason .

开展Non-exempt员工离职面谈, 记录真实离职原因

Implement the local DL salary survey twice a year.

开展一年两次的珠海本地操作员薪资调查

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor degree in HRM or related major.

人力资源管理相关的本科专业

2+ years' DL recruiter experience in a large manufacturing enterprise

2年以上大型工厂DL招聘经验

Good at writing& reading English.

良好的英语读写能力

  • Good communication skills and good anti-pressure ability.
  • 良好的沟通协调能力和承压能力
