该职位来源于猎聘 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the preparation of tax computations and tax returns; Prepare the required sample application documents;
Read and interpret the PRC tax laws and regulations;
Undertake the research aspects of key projects, opinions/advice and draft the necessary documents for review; Help draft and prepare reports, presentations and other deliverables related to projects;
Requirements
Help deal with tax compliance issues for companies and representative offices Help communicate with client legal counsel or finance team to provide regulatory and tax advice; Help perform tax due diligence on transactions and advise on investment structuring for both private equity and corporate clients; Help advise on tax considerations in individual tax efficiency planning JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related disciplines; Professional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer is a plus; Working experience in tax/finance function is a plus;
Good understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations;
Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service;
Be mature, proactive, motivated with strong sense of teamwork;
Good sense of business, consultation skills, communication skills; self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure; Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills.
