Responsibilities

  • Ensure leader's working agenda reasonable and efficient
  • strictly implement on schedule and no conflicts
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences
  • deliver information timely and correctly
  • manage meeting materials and minutes
  • Manage HC report
  • the accuracy of all the reports
  • set up and maintain raw data
  • Organize internal and external events
  • ensure events runs smoothly
  • Provide support to cross team project
  • Manage daily operation align with leader's job priority

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences in MNC
  • Minimum 1 year assistant background is preferred
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office system, strong PPT skill
  • Strong communication and human-relation skills
  • Willing to learn and positive attitude
  • Bachelor degree or above
