- 主导并支持团队成员天窗电气相关的设计/试验/匹配工作;
- 在项目开发初期,配合销售和市场部门根据客户的需求给出天窗控制器的选型方向,提供详细的报价; 3.在项目开发中,与马达供应商沟通获取平台马达相关的技术参数及要求; 4.按照客户要求,完成天窗控制器/马达相关的试验计划制定和试验跟踪; 5.在试生产/生产过程中,提供电气相关的支持; 6.对批量生产后,协同QE/SQE对天窗控制器和马达的不良件分析,并协同相关部门制定相应改进措施。 7.Motor和ECU的国产化主导和推进管理 要求: 1.具备本科以上学历,自动化控制,机电一体化,电子类专业毕业相关专业; 2.具有7年以上的汽车行业电子系统设计应用经验 (天窗、摇窗机,远程遥控钥匙,BCM车身控制模块,等); 3.精通SCU、马达各项技术指标及质量问题的分析和解决 4.熟练使用示波器, PINLIN AND CANOE等电子试验测试工具并带领团队分析根本原因; 5.英语流利。 – Electronics design – Software development
