About Emerging Technology
Deloitte's Emerging Enterprise Resource Planning solutions drive functional excellence in human resources, finance, and other key operational units, enabling their people to position the wider organization for sustainable growth and success. Our cloud-based ERP solutions include Workday Financials, a tool to enable 360-degree planning and drive organizational improvement; and Information, a cognitive and intelligent automation solution, to empower high performance across a wide number of industries, such as health care, the public sector, and manufacturing.
Work you'll do
- Business transformation advisory and provide value-driven services
- Deliver high quality work that tailors to the client's need
- Apply Deloitte's digital transformation methodologies and business models to better solve business problems
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and adapts to changing priorities
- Present an idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
- Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
- Strengthen the Intelligent Enterprise Operation solutions through applying your background in Digital Transformation/Intelligence Enterprise Operation / Cloud Transformation / Core Modernization and relevant Deloitte methodology
- Conduct data-driven research and analysis to diagnose business problems, identify gaps and develop solutions
- Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
- Recognize technology as a business enabler
During your tenure with us, you will demonstrate and develop your leadership and professional capabilities in the following areas: Inspiring, Creating purpose, Driving agility, Building diverse capability, Influencing, Collaborating, Delivering value, Building the business, Analytical acumen, Effective communication, Engagement management/delivery excellence, Managing change, Managing quality & risk, Sales excellence, Strategic thinking and problem solving, and Tech savviness.
We are looking for someone with
- Bachelor degree or above
- Above 10 years' experience in Digital Transformation/Intelligence Enterprise Operation / Cloud Transformation / Core Modernization and relevant Deloitte methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
- Good consultation and communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
- Mature, proactive and committed
- Outgoing character. Strong sense in business development is required.
- Proven track record in business development activities is a definite advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Willing to travel
- Ability to apply a forward-looking perspective with business, technological, digital and industry-oriented approach to lead the transformation agenda.
