The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Support commercial for the new RFQ, closely work/coordinate with internal team to take necessary actions to meet customer expectations.
- Develop program timing based on customer milestones/expectations.
- Manage program timing through gate progress to secure program launch.
- Drive cross functional collaboration and foster a culture of teamwork to achieve project deliverables and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Overall control program budget/spending.
- Responsible for supervising engineering change per customer's milestone.
- Continuous drive program P&L in each phase, pay particular attention into operation cost (material cost/package/labor/freight etc.)
- Identify and proactively mitigate risks and issues that may impact to program timeline,scope or quality.
- Report program progress, budget utilization and key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure the key customer relation and travelling to on-site support in necessity
- Support VAVE activities
- Comply with IATF/ TISAX / EHS or any miscellaneous assignments as directed
Qualification
- Bachelor degree above, 6yrs graduated above
- 3yrs above Automotive PM/R&D experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effective and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Good English skills in both written and spoken
- Excellent program development knowledge with local OEMs
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities with a proactive and solution oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in program management tools and software(eg. MS project).
Fast reaction with customer needs, and availability to travel to customer side any time.
