Brief Call

Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

Case study
: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description
Your missions

  • Lead the system operations team to ensure first-line support and daily management of various systems (such as SAP, SRM, EDI, etc.), meeting SLA requirements.
  • Monitor system performance, regularly submit performance reports, coordinate resources to troubleshoot anomalies, and propose optimization suggestions to drive supplier improvements.
  • Allocate support team and external resources efficiently to meet SAP Qin and related system operation needs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of incidents and faults, regularly issue incident and fault reports, and prepare 8D reports for major faults.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of root causes and known issues, and regularly conduct training for team members and users.
  • Participate in change reviews, determine deployment windows, and maintain release lists (scripts, code, jobs, configurations, etc.).
  • Attend Global GRC team meetings, support IT audits and remediation, and ensure compliance with IT general controls (ITGC).
  • Collaborate with the Global IT Security team to monitor system vulnerabilities and complete patch installations as required.
  • Organize annual disaster recovery drills for SAP and related systems.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of outsourced personnel and conduct security training.
  • Report key operational metrics weekly, including system availability, major incidents and MTTR, change and release success rates, first-time ticket resolution rate, customer satisfaction, and system resource utilization.

Your profile

  • Academic background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of SAP-related work experience, with hands-on SAP system implementation and support experience (implementation experience required).
  • English: Fluent in reading and writing, with oral communication skills to collaborate with teams in India and the United States.
  • Tools / software: Proficiency in SAP modules (FICO, PP, MM, SD, EWM), SAP customization, configuration, and integration technologies; experience with integration between SAP and external systems (MES, SRM, EDI, HR, ESB, etc.) is a plus; familiarity with SAP NetWeaver, ABAP development, IDoc, RFC, BAPI, and SAP HANA database.
  • ITIL process knowledge, with experience in change management, incident management, and problem management.
  • Project management experience: At least 3 years of project management and coordination experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with clients and internal teams, and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and resources.
  • You have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate adaptability and leadership in a multicultural environment.
