Growth market share, managing profitability within the assigned core accounts. Responsible for preparing and/or implementing financial and non-financial plans in support of reaching account objectives. Develop & maintain strategic relationships to increase penetration and share position within the assigned account(s).
What You Will Do
- Identify key improvement areas to set business target and develop effective business strategies and plans to make Molex to be customers' preferred partner, drive sales performance, innovation and profitable growth by better penetrating the markets, growing share of the business and rigorously applying commercial excellence.
- Enhance and expand professional business relationships within assigned accounts. Deep engagement with customers to enhance customer intimacy, developing and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Lead program management in customer project whole life cycle (from NPI till Project EOL). Work with design-in sales team whilst coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel including product manager, CSR and manufacturing resources to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations/ to ensure new projects are well executed and move from NPI to mass production smoothly and successfully.
- Strategize for price/bidding share allocation negotiations. From economic thinking perspective to develop negotiation strategies for new projects bidding/annual bidding to maximize the company profit.
- Update account profiles, contact lists & OC timely to ensure right business strategy adjustment for related accounts. From account management perspective to collaborate with design-in sales to monitor Salesforce opportunity stages to drive opportunities successfully win.
- Extensive depth in negotiating business contracts. Create and deliver effective negotiation plans to close the gap and settle disputes to achieve agreements for the business contracts.
- Demand trend analysis to fully understand customer needs, to improve demand forecast accurate and update into ZAPO system timely.
- Manage and leverage cross-functional resources to develop effective plans to solve the critical supply issues to ensure the delivery.
- Maintain expert knowledge about account(s) key financial metrics that affects their market position.
- Understand / communicate and potentially conducts research to analyse competitive position, market trends, and technological direction at the account(s). Keeps the organization informed of trends, opportunities, and needs on the accounts.
- Analyse the gap in TAM/SAM/Share within the assigned accounts. Understand the accounts and competition landscape e.g. competitive strengths, weaknesses, etc. Develop account penetration/growth strategy and plan.
- Travel to customers as needed.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or above. Electronic or Sales & Marketing
- Honesty and integrity, kindness and tolerance, sense of responsibility, respect for others and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Can complete assigned task independently.
- To understand business issues and trends, that may impact the account's success.

- Fluent speak and written in English and Mandarin
