Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for communication, confirmation, and management of software requirements during project initiation and development phases.
2.Maintain clear communication with software development team members to ensure smooth project execution.
3.Develop, implement, and monitor software development plans for projects.
4.Handle external communications and internal coordination for software development projects, leading the software team to deliver quality products while ensuring software quality standards.
5.Provide timely project status reports to software management as required.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields. Experience in electronics/automotive industries preferred.
2.3-8 years of software development or testing experience with familiarity in embedded software development and design processes.
3.Strong English/Japanese communication skills (written and spoken). Preference given to candidates capable of direct communication with foreign clients.
4.Proactive attitude with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
5.Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills with demonstrated interpersonal strengths.
6.Experience in software requirements management or software project management is a plus.
