工作职责:

Handle daily work and projects under defined process with supervision
Support manager to organize comparison sheets and additional supporting documentation to provide a comprehensive analysis on product specifications, supplier landscape and market compshop
Sourcing from multiple media, websites, trade shows (Canton Fair, CIHS, etc.) for new suppliers / new products in China and Southeast Asia area.
Coach new suppliers and refresh incumbent suppliers for whole THD business process include NDA, SBA, Business terms, PLI, THD system and process guidance and collect documents
Support Manager on the arrangement of trip itineraries and related lodging, transportation, supplier communication and trip books preparation.
Coordinate with cross functional team, PE, Packaging, SQE, SCO, IL, Onboarding, AP for key project development
Hosting weekly conference call with US and Canada team during night. (1-2times per week)
Hosting weekly teams meeting in office, makes agenda and recap before and after meeting.
File and correctly group new catalogues. Regularly keeping all data refreshed include supplier documents and business-related documents.

Knowledge, Skills, & Experiences

Fluent in both verbal and written English,
Strong Skill in Excel, PowerPoint, basic knowledge in Tableau or Power app is a plus
Strong sense of logic, analytical skill
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment
Team player can collaborate with cross-functional teams
Willing to travel for business needs
Knowledge and experience of global sourcing, international trading, manufacturing and engineering design is preferred.
BS or above in Business Management or related field with 3-5 years of working experience preferred
