Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding for employees (FTEs & contractors).

  • Assist expats with visa and work permit applications.

  • Support employees with resident permit and Hukou applications.

  • Handle applications for flexible work arrangements.

  • Maintain employee data in HRIS, rosters, and personnel files.

  • Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., absence reports) on time.

  • Oversee leave management and prepare employment certificates.

  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies and related issues.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Good command of spoken and written English.

  • 0–2 years' experience in HR Compensation & Benefits or Operations preferred.

  • Knowledge of China Labor Law and practical HR procedures.

  • Familiar with visa/work permit process for expats and resident permit process for locals.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Well-organized with strong process focus and data analysis skills.

  • Detail-oriented and maintains confidentiality.

岗位职责:

  • 负责员工(正式员工及合同工)的入职和离职手续办理。
  • 协助外籍员工办理签证及工作许可相关申请。
  • 支持员工办理居住证及户口相关事务。
  • 负责不定时工作制的申请与管理。
  • 维护人力资源信息系统(HRIS)、员工花名册及人事档案的准确性和完整性。
  • 编制并及时提交各类人力资源报表(如休假报表等)。
  • 管理员工休假事宜,出具各类工作证明。
  • 解答员工关于公司政策及人力资源相关问题的咨询。
  • 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

任职资格:

  • 本科及以上学历。
  • 良好的英语听说读写能力。
  • 有0–2年人力资源薪酬福利或运营相关工作经验者优先。
  • 熟悉中国劳动合同法及相关人力资源实操流程。
  • 熟悉外籍员工签证及工作许可流程,以及本地员工居住证和落户办理流程。
  • 熟练掌握MS Office,特别是Excel。
  • 具备良好的组织协调能力,注重流程管理与数据分析。
  • 工作细心严谨,能够严格保密。
