Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that foster curiosity and a love of learning.
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages students to express themselves.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing support and feedback to promote growth.
- Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and support student development.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience, particularly in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the holistic development of young learners.
