LLM Engineer (with RPA & Automation Skills)

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize LLM applications to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage automation projects, including process assessment, workflow design, solution development, testing, and deployment.
Apply Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and techniques to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure smooth integration with existing systems. Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with LLM development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
Proven expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and process optimization methodologies.
Demonstrated skills in business process analysis, automation design, and implementation.
Solid experience in project management, including stakeholder communication, planning, and execution.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both technical and business contexts.
