该职位来源于猎聘 1. 负责环氧类胶粘剂、填缝剂及其它相关树脂类产品的新产品开发、新原料性能测试、产品配方调整等研发工作,能制定合理研发方案并按时完成各项研发项目。Responsible for the research and development of epoxy based adhesive & grout and other related resinous products, such as new product development, performance testing of new raw materials, product formulation adjustment, etc., be able to design reasonable R & D plans and complete various R & D projects on time. 2. 收集专业领域内的技术信息,随时跟进市场同类产品发展状况,为技术开发主管参与决策提供信息支持。Collect technical information in professional fields, follow up the development of similar products in the market at any time, and provide information support for technical development supervisors to participate in decision-making. 3. 参与制定环氧胶粘剂、填缝剂等相关产品内部测试相关的标准和制度文件。Participate in the formulation of standards and system documents related to internal testing of epoxy based adhesive & grout and other related resinous products. 4. 参与环氧胶粘剂、填缝剂等相关产品质量问题原因的分析并利用实验室资源解决问题;同时周期性地改善产品性能,改进生产流程。 Participate in the analysis of the causes of the quality problems of epoxy based adhesive & grout and other related resinous products making use of laboratory resources to solve the problems; at the same time, periodically improve the product performance and improve the production process. 5. 完成必要的产品性能测试工作,配合产品开发和产品论证工作的完成。Complete the necessary product performance testing work, cooperate with the completion of product development and product demonstration work. 6. 对销售人员提供环氧胶粘剂、填缝剂等相关产品的技术支持。Provide technical support to sales staff on epoxy based adhesive & grout and other related resinous products. 7. 按时周期性汇总和评估实验项目的结果,并及时规范的递交工作总结报告。Summarize and evaluate the results of the experimental project on time and periodically, and submit the summary report in a timely and standardized manner. 8. 负责了解和分析市场上同类产品的性能指标等信息,并定期提供给研发经理。Be responsible for understanding and analyzing the performance indicators of similar products in the market, and provide them to the R & D manager on a regular basis. 9. 按照实验室内部规定,负责维持好职责范围内的实验室卫生制度。Be responsible for maintaining the laboratory 5S within the scope of responsibility in accordance with the internal regulations of the laboratory. 10. 按照实验室规定,负责维护好分担养护责任的实验设备。According to the regulations of the laboratory, be responsible for maintaining the experimental equipment that share the responsibility for maintenance.
