Job Description
Acts as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep product knowledge to tailor solutions that meet client business needs. Guides customers through product features and benefits via presentations, demos, and industry benchmarks, ensuring they understand the value proposition. Provides ongoing support throughout the sales cycle to secure successful deals.
Responsibilities
Contribution:
- Strong hands-on capability of cloud project implementation and operation. push the consumption growth objective.
- Master cloud support/operation process and tools, strong communication capability with backend team to address customer issues.
- According to customer needs, and driving adoption and expansion, take high quality implementation. optimization, troubleshooting.
- Model accountability in technical solution optimization, and ownership of both successes and failures that impact the technical solutions.
Challenge:
- Handle customer's issues using multiple approaches to identify optimal technical solution.
- Utilize Oracle internal support and product team to handle SLA and customer issues, and improve support efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and customers, guiding and managing customer portfolios to achieve long-lasting partnerships.
- Stay informed about evolving technical and business trends that may impact current or future projects.
Expertise:
- Apply knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies, industry verticals, and market trends.
- Master internal support process and tools. Strong English oral communication skill and listening, reading and written capabilities.
- Continuously deepen your product and industry expertise, educating others and leveraging this knowledge to deliver impactful solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Consumer Behavior: Understand digital and traditional consumer behaviors and how they influence product strategy, program design, and sales cycles.
- Customer/Client Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of supported customers' business objectives, Oracle Cloud terminology, processes, team structures, and industry landscapes.
- Oracle Cloud Knowledge: Familiar with Oracle Cloud technologies and market trends, as well as buyer personas.
- Specific Domain Area: Deep level skill in specific domain, align customer objectives, choosing the best solution to deliver measurable value.
- Software and Infrastructure Development: Experience in designing scalable, distributed systems for cloud environments.
- Technology Solutions: Ability to stay ahead of technology trends, learning and applying emerging solutions in the Cloud/IT space.
Technical Depth:
- Experience with open-source solutions like Kubernetes, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, Spark, and OpenSearch is a strong plus, with a history of contributing to open-source projects being particularly valued.
- Possess in-depth knowledge in at least two of the following areas:
- GenAI
- LMOps /LLMOps
- IT operations/DevOps
- Database systems
- Big data platform
- Networking
- Cyber Security
- Service architecture/ Micro Services/Service Mesh
- Cloud-native application development
- Hosted services
