Over 3 years work experience on quality management.
Familiar with 3rd party Audit.
Majored in mechanical engineering or related bachelor degree or above
Problem solving skill
Fully understand engineering drawings, engineering specifications and product standards
Fluent English is required and good mandarin presentation skill is preferred
High cost control sense, good at exploring economic & prompt response for quality improvement
Good Word and Excel skill is necessary Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deeply involve new product development and transfer, develop relevant quality plan per project schedule
Initiate to implement corrective/preventative actions to improve raw material, process and product quality level
Work with QC to complete raw components' FAI, PPAP process.
Take responsibilities to handle customer complaints and warranty issues closed in time
Review VOC, coordinate with engineering and operation team continuously improve product quality
Sustain a complete quality assurance system, compile and create essential quality documents and records, meet product quality traceability purpose
Drive supplier quality continuously improvement
Provide quality related training to operation team if necessary
Responsible for tracking operation COQ, PPM etc. quality relevant KPIs
Prepare quality related reports per management
Conduct quality and environment system continuous improvement
Support our team to finish internal and external audit.
