SUMMARY
The Marketing Associate, Licensing & Content Partnerships supports Hello Einstein Studios (HES) and the Baby Einstein (BE) brand within the licensing and content ecosystem. This role focuses on partner and content support, helping translate the brand's strategy and storytelling—defined by the Kids2 Creative & Brand teams—into clear, engaging, and on-brand communications across all HES and partner initiatives.
This highly cross-functional role ensures unified messaging between HES and Kids2, supporting licensing, content, and partners with the tools and materials they need to represent the brand effectively. The associate collaborates closely with HES Licensing and Content teams, while aligning with Kids2 Social, Communications, and Creative to ensure campaigns, partner marketing, and digital storytelling reflect a consistent brand direction.
The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented, bringing ideas to life through thoughtful presentation design, marketing materials, and partner storytelling. They must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and a passion for global brand storytelling.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Partner Marketing & Brand Storytelling
- Support licensing and content partners in activating the Baby Einstein brand through storytelling-driven retail presentations, marketing campaigns, and social content.
- Develop and design PowerPoint presentations, one-sheets, brand guides, and pitch materials aligned with corporate brand standards.
- Collaborate across HES, Sales, Communications, Creative, and Social teams to ensure consistent and on-brand messaging.
- Provide feedback and approvals on partner marketing materials to maintain brand integrity and alignment.
Content Distribution & Promotions Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Content & Distribution team to align promotional campaigns, schedules, and creative assets across platforms.
- Support cross-team communication to ensure content promotion aligns with licensing, retail, and audience engagement goals.
Social Media & Digital Communications
- Assist in planning and creating social media content in collaboration with Kids2 Social and Corporate Communications teams.
- Draft copy and visuals to highlight partner collaborations, product launches, and brand milestones.
Creative Development & Presentation Support
- Translate brand strategy and tone into compelling storytelling tools, ensuring clear, engaging, and visually cohesive presentations.
- Create polished layouts and visuals for presentations, one-sheets, and marketing materials
Event & Campaign Support
- Support marketing coordination for licensing and trade events, including asset development and recap reporting.
- Track and compile marketing campaign and partner activation results, summarizing highlights and key learnings.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or licensing support (consumer products or entertainment preferred)
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with proven ability to create visually engaging presentations and marketing tools.
- Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for light design work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working across Marketing, Creative, Licensing, and Sales.
- Passion for global brand storytelling and helping partners express and extend the brand authentically and creatively.
EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation design skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to synthesize brand direction into compelling visuals and stories.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of marketing storytelling across digital and partner channels.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages a plus.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- No specific certifications required.
COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.
- Familiarity with content management and digital asset systems a plus.
