该职位来源于猎聘 You develop back-end and web software for automation projects within an industrial context. You support our customers on-site (Asia region) during testing, go-live and hyper care stages of the project. RESULT AREAS:

  • You ensure the successful development and delivery of project software.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Communicating with customers. TASKS:
  • Full-stack application development.
  • Providing on-site customer support: -during testing. -during go-live. -during hyper care.
  • Actively contributing to project acceptance.
  • Investigating and resolving 4th line support cases. COMPETENCIES:
  • Technical Competencies
  • Required education and experience: Master in ICT or Computer Science 2 years software development experience.
  • Language skills: Very good knowledge of English (speaking, reading and writing). Other languages are a plus.
  • IT Knowledge: Experience in C# or a similar OO programming language. SQL, GIT, networking knowledge.
  • Technical Competencies
  • Ability to write high-quality, project-based (plugin) code.
  • Ability to translate BPMN design documents into code.
  • Implement change requests on existing project code.
  • Test your own project code.
  • Correctly configure software according to project requirements.
  • Report to the team lead and project managers.
  • Provide customer training: lab (super-user), operations (end-user), and server maintenance (IT admin).
  • Communicate clearly with the customer.
  • Solve and investigate 4th line cases.
  • Work together in a project team.
  • Install software updates at customer sites in accordance with the software update process.
  • Timely commit source code to the repository.
  • Database integration.
