- Creating a warm and welcoming arrival for guests, ensuring an effective and efficient check-in
- Ensuring a memorable guest stay by giving caring and courteous guest services, providing information, responding to problems, and dealing with guests in a friendly and ever-hospitable manner.
- Facilitate a quick and efficient departure by ensuring that all guests leave happy with their stay.
- Good understanding of hotel operations, practices and procedures.
- Keep quality service standard to internal and external guests
1、为顾客提供热情周到的接待,有效率的登记入住。
2、为客人提供热情周到的服务,回答客人的问题,提供信息。
3、快速有效的退房手续,确保顾客满意的离开。
4、了解酒店运营模式及程序。

We Are Looking For Someone Who
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人
:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Desk/Guest Relations/Service Center in an International hotel
- Be familiar with FD service steps and the Opera system
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent Skill in communicating with debtors;
- Good guests service sense and professional skills.
