- Lead and progress productivity activities, including raw material qualification, cost optimization
- Provide routine technical support to manufacturing of Santoprene and Hytrel AP facilities
- Providing technical support for future business expansion
- Maintain product data internally and externally

- Technical gatekeeper for plant related activities, provide professional suggestions
- Lead cross functional activities to ensure business smoothness
Qualifications 要求
- BS or higher degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer related field
- 3+ years of technical experience, familiar with material testing and polymer production. Experience as technology support for plants
- Used SAP system before that understand interface of system
- Comfortable in international cross-functional teams, ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a global team.
- Problem-solver and attention to detail
- Good in English
