Shenzhou Group is seeking a seasoned specialist to design and implement learning solutions that build critical capabilities across the organization, while also contributing to the development of a robust, global talent pipeline. This dual-focus role is central to ensuring we have the skills and leadership necessary to meet current and future business goals. The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end learning cycle and will play a key role in identifying and developing high-potential talent on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities (A+B)
Part A: Learning & Development (L&D)
· Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development solutions aligned with business goals to build employee capabilities.
· Apply expertise in instructional design methodologies , e-learning, micro-learning) to create engaging and effective content.
· Manage end-to-end program management for key initiatives, with a focus on leadership training at various levels.
· Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify skill gaps and performance opportunities.
· Utilize the Kirkpatrick model and ROI analysis to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate business impact.
· Manage vendor relationships, from selection and onboarding to performance evaluation.
Part B: Global Talent Development
· Partner with HR Adviser and relevant Chairman Office members to support the execution of our global (including: China, Vietnam, and Cambodia) talent management processes, including talent calibration, succession planning, and identifying critical roles.
· Design and facilitate development plans for high-potential (HiPo) or young-potential (YoungPo) employees and key successors, ensuring they are robust, actionable, and globally consistent.
· Contribute to the design and management of global talent programs such as mentoring, job rotations, and international assignments that support leadership and career development.
· Leverage talent analytics and HRIS data to provide insights on talent mobility, diversity in the pipeline, and program effectiveness.
· Support the development and communication of a clear Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and career framework that resonates across different regions.
Expertise & Experience (5-8 years):
· Core L&D: Instructional Design , e-learning), Program Management (leadership training), Kirkpatrick Evaluation & ROI, Needs Analysis, Vendor Management.
· Talent Development: Experience with talent review cycles, succession planning, high-potential development, career pathing, and competency modeling.
· Global Mindset: Proven experience working in a global/matrixed organization; sensitivity to cultural nuances in learning and talent practices.
· Shared Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent project management, superior communication and facilitation skills, and HRIS/LMS proficiency.
