Role Description
Deal execution/coordination
- Assistance for clients/process management on M&A transactions
- Assist the execution of mandates
- Execute the deals overseen by the Sponsoring Partner or Managing Partner
- Scope of responsibilities include (non-extensively):
- Prepare and deliver the models, info-memos, teasers, offer/process letters, draft term sheets, financial simulations and valuations, management presentations, process follow up, reporting etc.
- Execute processes and follow it within the Project Team
- Workflow follow up and organization (due diligence/data room)
- Coordination with the worldwide team for cross border M&A transaction
Research
- Identification, research and mapping of potential targets, acquirers or sellers
- Preparation of profiles on potential targets, acquirers or sellers
- Prepares and participates to clients' presentations
Firm-wide Responsibilities
- M&A client news monitoring
- Screening for Asian Private Equity firms portfolio and deal monitoring
Management
- Hierarchically reports to Managing Partner
- Participation to firm-wide weekly meeting
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years solid experience in cross-border M&A
- Excellent educational background, organized and able to analyze and deal with multiple complex situations
- Project management skills – orientated, disciplined and organized
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player, enthusiastic with the ability to inspire others
