Role Overview:
This role will report directly to APAC WPN Retail Development Manager and is responsible for driving growthand performance of the Wizards Play Network and working cross functionally with regional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement WPN growth and support strategies customized for China retail and player landscape
Build and maintain positive relationships with WPN retailers and regional partners
Monitor and analyze retailer performance, play activity, and community engagement
Collaborate with global teams to localize WPN programs, campaigns, and tools for maximum relevance and impact
Support new store acquisition, player development initiatives, and community-building strategies
Represent the voice of China retailers internally, ensuring their needs and feedback inform strategic decisions
Be the face of the WPN for China retailers, including proactively engaging and communicating with retailers on initiatives and programs
Who You Are:
Proven ability in retail development, partner/channel management, or B2B account development
Proven success working with independent retailers or small business partners
Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written communication)
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to use data and insights to inspire and lead change
Strong presentation and training skills, capable of effectively communicating program details to partners
A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic and commitment to partner success
Passionate about the games industry
