What You'll Do At Elekta
岗位职责
- Conduct customer visits, investigations, market research activities and marketing controlling operations.开展客户拜访、市场调查、以及市场监控活动。
- Analyzes the specific region market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders,especially with top experts in regional hospitals.分析特定区域市场状况,搭建良好市场人际网络,特别是和区域内医院的顶级专家保持良好关系。
- Builds and maintains a customer focused network.准备/更新客户联系方式,建立和维护良好的以客户关系。
- Identifying and analyzing customer needs and discussing technical specifications, in cooperation with personnel responsible or together with technical product manager. Prepares negotiations and contracts. 发现和分析客户需求,参与讨论技术细节,协同相关人员和产品技术经理准备谈判计划和合同。
- Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments and projects.协调相关人员和环节以完成既定任务,包括产品推广、项目策划等。
- Completes marketing related information reporting. 完成市场相关信息报告

- Bachelor degree or above on Medical Physics, Radiation Therapy or Biological Medical Engineering or related subject大学本科毕业,医学物理、放射治疗或生物医学工程专业优先
- More than 3 years working experience at radiation oncology department in hospital or in the industry.3年以上医院放疗科或医疗行业工作经验
- Plentiful radiation oncology clinical experience.足够多的放疗临床工作经验

- Good command of English and Chinese writing/speaking 良好的英文/中文说写能力
