  • Urology KAM is mainly responsible for establishing and maintaining regional KOLs relationships, and effectively communicating UroLift's value proposition to all business stakeholders. This position requires working with a cross-functional team to communicate current market conditions, develop customers, and promote the clinical use and penetration of UroLift. This position requires a thorough understanding of the field of urology, the promotion of new technologies in the field of urology, a good record of assisting surgeons in using new products, and the ability to work independently.

  • Clarify regional sales targets, formulate monthly and quarterly regional plans, and complete sales targets

  • Understand, analyze, and evaluate customer needs, accurately locate target customers, use the company's platform, resources and solutions, explore opportunities, and quickly develop new customers

  • Able to conduct academic and professional promotion for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and UroLift product knowledge to business stakeholders: -Effectively convey UroLift's value proposition, clinical evidence, and academic frontiers to customers -Cooperate with a professional education team to be familiar with the entire procedure of UroLift surgery, provide training to customers, and assist in surgery
  • 能向业务相关者针对良性前列腺增生的治疗,UroLift产品知识,开展学术、专业的推广: -向客户有效传递UroLift的价值主张、临床证据、学术前沿 -和专业教育团队合作,熟悉UroLift手术操作全流程,给予客户培训,协助手术操作
  • Collect market information, cooperate with the marketing department, plan regional market activities, and promote implementation.

  • Establish and maintain good cooperative relations with regional KOLs

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales reports

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine, pharmacy, etc.
  • 本科以及以上学历,医学、药学等相关专业 EXPERIENCE工作经验
  • More than 8 years of work experience, with medical device work experience
  • 8年以上工作经验,有医疗器械工作经验
  • Familiar with treatments and products in the field of urology, and have a good cooperative relationship with experts in this field.
  • 熟悉泌尿外科领域的治疗和产品,和该领域的专家有良好的合作关系。
  • Familiar with the experience and background in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is preferred
  • 熟悉良性前列腺增生治疗的经验和背景者优先考虑
  • Familiar with surgical procedures, have rich experience in surgical follow-up, and can effectively assist doctors in learning and using new products and technologies
