- According to the overall technical scheme, design task book and general layout scheme of the vehicle, independently complete the frame scheme design, benchmarking analysis, cost optimization and lightweight work; 根据整车总体技术方案、设计任务书和总布置方案,独立完成车架方案设计、对标分析、成本优化、轻量化工作;
- Responsible for frame design specifications, design verification, technical standards, independent parts 3D data and 2D drawings production.;
负责车架设计规范、设计验证,技术标准,独立完成零部件3D数据和2D图纸的制作;
- Responsible for frame/integration with peripheral parts, interface definition, material definition, process route.;
负责车架/与周边件的集成,接口定义,材料定义,工艺路线;
- Responsible for the research and application of new materials, new technologies and new processes of frame system.; 负责车架系统新材料、新技术、新工艺的研究及应用;
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of the platform, modularization and universality of the frame system; 负责车架系统平台化、模块化、通用化的策划和实施;
- Responsible for the trial-production test of the frame and the analysis, judgment and rectification of the problems in the process.; 负责车架的试制试验工作及过程中的问题分析、判断、整改;
- Cooperate with project team to solve technical problems in design, production process and after-sales maintenance. 协同项目小组共同解决设计、生产过程中和售后维护中的技术难题。 任职要求:
- Responsible for compiling design specifications, design verification, technical standards of battery swapping mechanism built on vehicle.
负责车载换电机构结构件设计规范、设计验证要求、技术标准的编制;
- Responsible for 3D data and 2D drawings independently. 负责车载换电机构结构件的设计,包括3D数据建模和2D图纸绘制; 任职资格Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive, mechanical engineering or related field; 本科以上学历,汽车、机械等工科相关专业;
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, independently completed the development of at least 2 complete model projects; 5年以上相关工作经验,独立完成过至少2个完整车型项目的车架的开发;
- Familiar with the performance, cost, process differences and design key points of different materials and processes of automotive frame; Familiar with industry trends; 熟悉车架不同材料,不同工艺的性能,成本,工艺差异和设计关键点;熟悉行业发展趋势;
- Proficient in 3D design software; Proficient in welding, stamping, casting, machining, surface treatment and other processes; 熟练操作3D设计软件;熟练掌握焊接,冲压,铸造,机加,表面处理等工艺;
- Skilled application of professional design and analysis software; 熟练应用专业设计分析软件;
- Familiar with vehicle development process, knowing about collision regulations preferred. 熟悉整车开发流程,了解碰撞法规优先。
