核心职责:战略规划与决策支持:参与公司全球战略的制定与评估,从财务、资本角度提供前瞻性建议。领导集团全面的财务预测、预算编制、经营分析工作,确保财务目标与业务战略对齐。深度分析全球市场动态、汇率风险、供应链成本,为产品定价、市场进入和业务拓展提供数据模型和决策依据。
建立并优化符合跨国上市公司标准的财务管理制度、内部控制体系和ERP系统流程。监督全球分/子公司的财务运营,确保中国总部、欧美分公司、越南工厂财务报告准确、合规、高效。管理集团的现金流、税务筹划、资金调配和外汇风险管理,保障全球资金安全与运营效率。
职责
- 全面领导及执行公司的上市(IPO)筹备工作,负责与投行、律所、会计师事务所、监管机构的对接与协调。
- 主导公司融资活动(如需要)、并购、投资等资本项目,设计资本结构。
- 上市后,负责维护和发展投资者关系,向资本市场清晰传递公司战略和价值,管理分析师和股东预期。
- 领导并发展一支高效、专业的全球财务团队,涵盖中国、欧美和越南等地。
- 建立财务人才梯队,培养具备国际视野和业务 partnering 能力的核心骨干。
- 确保集团全球财务活动符合中国、美国(如适用SEC规则)、欧洲、越南的会计准则、税务法规及上市地监管要求。
- 识别并评估公司运营中的财务、运营及战略风险,建立有效的风险预警和应对机制。
资质要求
- 财务、会计、金融或经济类本科及以上学历,拥有CPA、ACCA或同等国际权威财会资格认证。
- 15年以上财务工作经验,其中至少5年以上集团CFO或财务总监级别的高级管理经验,有从0到1全程主导科技/智能硬件/消费电子行业公司上市成功经验优先。
- 精通国际财务报告准则(IFRS)和美国通用会计准则(US GAAP)。
- 具备深厚的跨国企业财务管理经验,深刻理解研、产、销一体化业务的财务模型,有管理海外分公司财务的实战经验。
- 出色的战略思维、商业洞察力、谈判技巧和决策能力。
- 中英文双语流利,可作为工作语言。

About the role
Core Responsibilities – Strategic Planning & Decision Support
- Contribute to the formulation and evaluation of the company's global strategy, providing forward-looking insights from financial and capital perspectives.
- Lead comprehensive financial forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis to ensure alignment between financial objectives and business strategy.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of global market dynamics, foreign-exchange risks, and supply-chain costs, delivering analytical models to support pricing, market entry, and business expansion decisions.
- Establish and enhance financial management systems, internal controls, and ERP processes aligned with multinational public-company standards.
- Oversee the financial operations of global subsidiaries, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient financial reporting across China headquarters, European and US subsidiaries, and the Vietnam manufacturing site.
- Manage group-wide cash flow, tax planning, treasury allocation, and FX risk management to safeguard global liquidity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the company's IPO preparation, serving as the primary contact with investment banks, law firms, accounting firms, and regulatory authorities.
- Drive corporate financing initiatives (as needed), M&A activities, and investment projects, including capital-structure design.
- Post-IPO, maintain and expand investor relations, effectively communicating corporate strategy and value to the capital market while managing expectations of analysts and shareholders.
- Build and develop a high-performing global finance organization across China, Europe, the US, and Vietnam.
- Establish a strong financial talent pipeline, cultivating business-partnering capabilities and international perspectives within the core finance team.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and listing-market requirements across China, the US (e.g., SEC rules, if applicable), Europe, and Vietnam.
- Identify and assess financial, operational, and strategic risks across the organization, establishing an effective early-warning and response mechanism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent international qualifications preferred.
- 15+ years of financial management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (CFO/Finance Director level); proven end-to-end IPO leadership experience in technology/smart hardware/consumer electronics is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
- Extensive experience in multinational financial management with strong understanding of R&D, manufacturing, and go-to-market financial models; hands-on experience managing overseas subsidiaries.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
