To work with the F&B team to ensure achievement of strategic departmental goals, especially in the area of guest satisfaction. To be prepared to work flexible shifts at designated area to create a fully multi skilled and productive Food and Beverage team. Prepare and service beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

- Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards

- Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception

- Ensure familiarity with safety, first aid and emergency handling procedures

- Strictly implement food hygiene and safety to ensure that relevant operations comply with the standards and requirements of the local government and DMH (Applicable to F&B department and other food-related departments)

- Strictly implement the hygiene and cleaning standards of DMH to ensure that the relevant operations meet the standards and requirements of the local government and DMH (Applicable to Rooms and Food & Beverage)
- 严格执行钓美集团卫生清洁标准,确保相关操作符合当地政府及钓美集团的标准和要求(适用于房务部,餐饮部)
- Comply with workplace health and safety regulations, policies and procedures and ensure that safe operating practices are familiar with any equipment prior to operation

- Take action to eliminate hazards and report hazards to superiors or managers; Adhere to hotel safety systems, emergency handling regulations and procedures
