工作职责:

Establish and effectively lead the project team to achieve the best possible performance from all members; Monitor and report on the Company resources engaged in the projects;and to allocate these resources to complete the project within the Company budget; Achieve company profit targets set for the project.
Manage the pre-design;design;construction and completion stages of the project; Within each project;establish an effective organisation structure for reporting and responsibility;and to establish working procedures.
Track and report on the actual progress & actual spending;compared to programs and budgets;and advice corrective action to Client; Create estimated budget & detail schedule as per Client's various requirement.
Identify & record the needs requirements and constraints of the Client. Work out effective project plan;to achieve these goals. Represent the Client from inception to completion of the project.
Assist Client to organize & analyse all tender and procurement of all contractors & suppliers.
Track and report on the actual progress & actual spending;compared to programs and budgets;and advice corrective action to Client.
Represent and promote the company throughout the project. Market the company in its pursuit of project opportunities.

Required
Education /Work Experience Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or above graduate;major in Civil Engineering;Construction Management;Project Management;Architecture;MEP;Interior Design or other property-related disciplines. Overseas study background is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in design;construction and project management industry.
Have in-depth understanding of local codes and legislation;able to carry out consultations;analyses and assessments. Furthermore;capable to ensure the effective delegation of responsibility and authority within the teams.
Proficient and well practiced in technology tools to complete daily work tasks.

Preferred

Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Strong sense of team cooperation. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
Able to manage the team members effectively;drive their enthusiastic and effective contribution to every project.
Detail-oriented;analytical;responsible and devoted to work with proven skills and track record.
Be driven to succeed and love achieving challengeable goals.
Able to work under pressure;be willing to travel and work for projects out of Beijing.
