Job Description
- Manage major mobile phone client projects, including hardware requirements, risk assessments, and resource allocation, ensuring successful mass production and design win.
- Effectively promote and resolve major hardware issues, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and engineering teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration, and accurately feedback client needs and market information.
Requirement
- Master's degree of EE/Communication/CS related, with over 6 years of experience in smartphone hardware development.
- Familiar with mobile phone project processes, able to identify risks, allocate tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and execution skills; able to work under pressure and be onsite as needed. Project management or customer support experience is a plus.
- Understand mobile phone market trends, with good judgment and negotiation skills to meet client and market needs.
