  • Create and handle the sales orders for spare parts and cleaners through enterprise software/system like K3 and OA. And follow up with the payment from KA with their process.
  • Check the service charge based on work orders and apply the payment based on finance policy.
  • Support technical engineer to edit technical documents and training materials according to customer needs.
  • Support to process warranty claims for customer.
  • Support to manager service contracts.
  • Handle the paper-work request from dealers and KA customer.
  • Statistical analysis of sales and after-sales data, inventory, SP sales data, profit, etc.
  • Summarize and sort out customer information. *Maintenance data in K3 system *Complete other tasks assigned by department manager
