该职位来源于猎聘 Implementation of sales strategy and sales process:

  • To be responsible for aftermarket product sales and achieve sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and team works.
  • To manage install-base in responsible provinces/ customer accounts and update regularly.
  • To improve 1-1 ratio and customer share of install-base in responsible provinces/ customer accounts.
  • To keep customers informed of new aftermarket products, such as new service plan and optimized products.
  • To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers in the territory to achieve customer satisfaction and business result.
  • To follow sales guidelines, process and compliance rules. Co-operation with service/ technical support, prime sales, and other teams:
  • To interact with product sales team to provide customer needs.
  • Communication with service/ technical support team to provide effective aftermarket product to customers.
  • Responsible for payment collection in compliance with company credit policy.
  • Responsible for coordination and handling of customer complaints.
  • Other assigned tasks. Job requirement:
  • University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
  • More than 4 years' experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company.
  • Good English in both spoken and written.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft series.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and sales management skills.
  • Willing to travel.
