What The Role Entails
Position Overview
We are looking for a Culture & Engagement Manager to strengthen Tencent's unique culture and foster employee belonging across our international offices. This role will focus on driving employee engagement, cross-cultural collaboration, and values alignment to ensure a strong, inclusive, and innovative workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute engagement strategies that reinforce Tencent's mission, vision, and values across diverse geographies.
- Develop programs and initiatives to enhance employee experience, including recognition, well-being, and inclusion.
- Partner with leaders to cascade cultural values into daily business practices and leadership behaviors.
- Drive internal communications that promote transparency, collaboration, and connectivity across HQ and overseas teams.
- Organize global and regional events, campaigns, and surveys to measure and enhance employee engagement.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, identifying opportunities to bridge cultural differences and promote shared identity.
- Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve engagement initiatives.
Who We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Culture, or Communications roles, ideally in multinational companies.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Experience designing and executing engagement programs with measurable outcomes.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate in employee experience.
- Possess have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in Mandarin Chinese and English to cooperate with international stakeholders and stakeholders who are based in HQ
