This role is pivotal to PPG SAP S/4 HANA transformation program in China, which aims to stand with business stakeholders (5 SBUs) to resolve pain points, enhance operational workflows, and refine system solutions for optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Support PPG global SAP COE team to design, configuration, and rollout of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Conduct business process translation to pinpoint functional requirements and develop/propose effective SAP-based solutions to address them.
- Maintain deep knowledge of SAP capabilities, in "order-to-cash" end to end processes, including sales orders management, rebate, pricing management, ATP and allocation, delivery and invoicing processing, etc.
- Work with COE partners to facilitate integration between SAP OTC modules and other core SAP modules, such as EWM, FI, MDM, etc.
- Work closely with business team and SAP COE team to support on the data migration & cleansing activities.
- Execute system testing, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Support seamless transition from Hypercare activities.
- Maintain technical business process documentation, including detailed specifications and user manuals, to support global COE team and knowledge transfer.
Qualification
- Experience in full-cycle SAP implementation project and/or roll-out/enhancement project.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with SAP OTC modules, with a track record of delivering impactful system solutions.
- Strong knowledge of business processes within the Commercial, Customer Service and/or Logistics area.
- A commitment to delivering high quality work in pressurized environments and be an outstanding self-starter.
- Skills in creating process flow diagrams, business process documents, and training material.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or similar discipline.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent cross functional team communication and customer relationship skills.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and consulting skills and positive learning attitude.
