Job Description
We are looking for a Plant
Utility technician
with 3+ years of hands-on experience in utility equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setup. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in maintaining HVAC systems, compressors, chillers, RO plants, DG sets, and other utilities, with a focus on reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for utility equipment including:
Chillers, Air Compressors, Diesel Generators (DG)
- Air Handling Units (AHU), HVAC Systems
RO Water Treatment Plants, Fire Hydrant Systems
Ensure compliance with statutory norms (Factory Act), including pressure vessel and hoist testing.
- Manage and coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and project execution.
- Identify root causes of major breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare, update, and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) checklists and annual schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety systems such as LOTO, machine guarding, and work permit systems (hot work, confined space, height, etc.).
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001 guidelines.

Qualification: Equal or above secondary vocational education--Mechanical Engineering**
