About The Business

("DQS") is a professional cost engineering consulting company with Grade-A qualification from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Comprising a variety of experts and technical talents such as middle- and senior-level engineers, China's certified cost engineers and certified constructors, as well as members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Deloitte is capable of providing professional and quality Quantitative Surveying and advisory service to clients.
DQS is principally engaged in the provision of a full range of Quantitative Surveying and advisory service , assurance and audit services, including feasibility study and investment estimation of construction projects, cost estimation, contract planning, bidding document and bill of quantity preparation, assistance in bid assessment and negotiation, contract document preparation, financial report and interim payment review, project settlement, financial claim review, and due diligence, management optimization and data analysis of engineering cost, as well as other professional Quantitative Surveying and advisory service.
Work you'll do
- 协助项目经理编制项目计划,根据整个项目计划制定个人工作计划;
- 按项目计划对主管项目的组内估算师进行业务带领,对具体操作进行指导;
- 根据工作需要与公司其他部门进行协调沟通,确保工作按期完成;
- 根据工作的实施与公司其它部门人员或客户人员进行沟通,确保服务连续性跟进;
- 就工作的执行情况实时向项目经理汇报,参与问题的解决;
- 根据公司的专业工作流程、技术要求执行输出成果文件的具体工作,并按规定对其合规性负责;
- 项目执行各阶段完成的工作文件和工作记录按公司要求提交、存档;
- 向公司提供合理化建议。

We are looking for someone with
- 大学本科及以上,机电相关专业;
- 3年及以上建筑施工、造价咨询单位相关工作经历,熟悉业务流程,熟悉工程概预算、工程相关合同,了解建筑施工管理、建筑技术、项目管理;
- 具备造价工程师资格或中级和以上职称者优先;
- 具备计划执行、沟通能力、学习领悟能力、人际理解能力;
- 具有良好的道德品质,诚信正直,敬业爱岗,团队合作,责任心强,积极主动,稳健扎实;
- 熟练使用计算机办公;善于表达、沟通;具备公文写作能力;
- 能够利用自己对流程或趋势的了解,提出提高质量和效率的建议。
- 主动寻求新的技术学习和经验以提高技术能力。
