PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To coordinate and manage various business-related projects, including meeting minutes collation, operational data processing, project progress tracking, and task follow-up, so as to ensure efficient advancement of business projects and provide support for their smooth implementation. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize business-related project meetings, prepare agendas, collate meeting minutes, and track and promote the implementation of meeting resolutions and action items.
- Collect and consolidate operational data of various business projects (e.g., performance indicators, process statistics), sort and analyze them to provide data support for project management and decision-making.
- Organize and file project-related documents (e.g., reports, project materials), track project progress, remind key nodes and deadlines, and ensure the orderly advancement of projects.
- Coordinate internal and external resources involved in projects, ensure smooth information transmission among project stakeholders, and promote the resolution of problems in project advancement.
- Fulfill temporary tasks related to business projects and flexibly respond to various needs in the project management process. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Educational Background Full-time bachelor's degree or above (from Tier 1/2 universities).
- Working Experience At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Language Proficiency English as a working language, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Technical Skills Proficient in data collation and analysis; skilled in using office tools such as Excel and PPT to present data results.
- Competency Requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently responding to internal and external needs.
- Strong learning and comprehension abilities, able to quickly adapt to business changes and apply new knowledge practically.
- Industry & Business Acumen
- Familiar with retail business logic, or with unique insights and analytical abilities into business operations.
- Preference will be given to candidates with both retail and F&B industry backgrounds.
