The
Sr. Manager of Asia Program Management
will lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs across the Asia region, driving operational excellence and alignment with global business objectives. This role is responsible for overseeing program planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders, including product development, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams, to manage complex projects and optimize processes. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.

This position reports to the
Sr Director Asia Sourcing & Supply Operations
and is based out of our
Dongguan
office.

As the Sr. Manager Asia Program Management, you will have an opportunity to:

Team Leadership:

  • Oversee and mentor a team of managers and specialists.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Define the business objectives with S.M.A.R.T. principle and support / lead the team to drive continuous improvements.
  • Develop team members by mentoring, coaching and training programs and establish succession plan

Sourcing and Operation Excellence:

  • Support to execute global transformation initiatives
  • Proactively initiate and implement ERP system enhancements and relevant working tools eg MS Office tools etc.
  • Proactively initiate and implement sourcing and operation process improvements collaboratively across functions.

Data and reporting

  • Manage sourcing and operation data entry into systems on time with accuracy
  • Responsible for Asia management agenda and KPI reporting

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market survey for specific assignment and provide insights to the management
  • Support to drive cost reduction by building should-be cost modelling

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sourcing and Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing and supply base management.
  • At least 5+ years of program or project management experiences in manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of business processes eg NPI and S&OP
  • Strong knowledge in popular ERP systems (SAP, PLM, SRM, etc)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Proficiency in project management skills and tools, eg. Ganntt, MindMap etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Willing to be relocated internationally according to business needs
  • Professional certificates (PMP) is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experience in conducting factory audits and assessing supplier capabilities.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in a Southeast Asian language (e.g., Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa) is a plus.
