Building on this foundational responsibility, you will utilize technical tools like SQL for analysis and explore the potential of APIs and AI Agents to intelligently enhance data management. You will be a key contributor to the team's digitalization projects, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage Data in ERP/PIM System and monitor the flow with other systems.
- Enhance the efficiency of data flow from supplier to customer, and with appropriate and good presence of products sold by SGSE.
- Support IT team to digitalization transformation. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Core Data Stewardship & Management (≈70%)
- Take ownership of the daily creation, update, quality monitoring, and maintenance of product master data within the ERP and PIM systems.
- Execute data validation processes, troubleshoot data flow exceptions between integrated systems, and ensure end-to-end data consistency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement data changes based on understood requirements.
- Data Analysis & Digital Project Support (20%)
- Use SQL proficiently for data querying, extraction, and analysis to support reporting, identify data quality issues, and provide insights for digitalization projects.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that track project success and data health.
- Technology Implementation & Innovation (10%)
- Participate in digitalization projects by contributing to data migration, integration testing, and system rollout activities.
- Develop an understanding of API integrations and AI Agent technologies, exploring their potential for automating data workflows and enabling new digital capabilities.
- Support the IT team in testing and validating data flows involving APIs or other integration method. PROFILE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in data management, data analysis, or business application support.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Data Fundamentals: Practical experience working with ERP or Product Information Management systems, with a deep understanding of data quality principles.
- Essential Tool: Proficient in writing SQL scripts for data querying and investigation.
- Meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good communication skills, able to act as a bridge between business users and the technical IT team. Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications):
- Practical experience participating in digitalization or system implementation projects (e.g., ERP/PIM rollout, data migration, process automation initiative).
- Familiarity with APIs (RESTful) and their role in system integration.
- Experience using Python for scripting or automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in the electrical products industry, manufacturing, or distribution.
