We're looking for full stack engineers to work with our founders, existing team and our Product Manager in Shanghai to ship the integrations and infrastructure that unlock YASO's next 2 years of growth.
您将参与构建关键技术基石,包括数据管道、平台集成方案和内部工具体系,这些系统将直接支撑客户规模扩张10倍、电商交易量增长50倍的业务目标。
You'll help build the foundations - data pipeline, platform integrations, internal tools - that will enable us to scale to 10x the customers and 50x the ecommerce volume that we have now.
岗位的直属汇报对象为 创始人兼首席产品技术官(James,常驻伦敦),同时与上海的产品及运营团队保持每日协同。您将在跨时区的国际化团队中通过异步协作开展工作,并定期与国际团队线下面对面协作。
You report to our Founder & CPTO (James, based in London), with daily collaboration with your squad, PM and YASO's ops team in Shanghai. You'll work async within our international team in Europe, with regular opportunities for in-person collaboration across the team.

工作内容 | You Will
· 设计并开发基于AI技术的软件解决方案,整合品牌在跨电商平台与多仓协同中的营销、销售及运营流程。Architect and develop software solutions that leverage technology and AI to consolidate ecommerce marketing, sales & operational processes for brands operating across multiple Chinese ecommerce platforms with multiple warehouses
· 构建安全、可扩展、可维护的API体系,为内外部用户提供核心技术基础。Design and implement secure, scalable, maintainable and extensible APIs that will be foundational for internal and external users
· 打造端到端产品功能,直接创造业务价值并强化客户市场竞争力。Craft end-to-end features that deliver business impact and give our customers a competitive edge in our market
· 与领导层及产品经理深度协作,从技术视角推动战略规划与产品路线图演进。Collaborate with our leadership and product manager and provide technical input on our strategy and product roadmap
· 建立并维护支撑核心服务的技术基础设施,包括数据库架构、服务器集群与API网关。API Build and manage the technical infrastructure required to support our services, including databases, servers, and APIs
· 确保技术体系与数据资产的安全性、隐私保护及合规性 Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of our technology and data
· 持续追踪AI、机器学习与金融科技领域前沿发展,驱动产品持续创新Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and finance to continually improve our product offerings
· 指导新晋工程师快速融入技术栈、架构模式与业务场景。Onboard and mentor incoming engineers on codebase, patterns, and business context
· 伴随公司成长,逐步承担技术团队管理职责,引领工程师与数据科学家团队发展。Eventually lead and mentor a team of engineers, data scientists, and developers as the startup grows
· 跨部门协同销售、市场与客户服务团队,构建无缝的端到端客户体验,提高客户接受度和使用率。 Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive user adoption
· 与全球后端工程师协作,在稳健的数据基础设施上实现功能迭代。Collaborate with our backend engineers and global team to build features on top of solid data infrastructure
· 参与中国区值班轮岗,保障系统稳定运行与快速响应。Participate in our China-based On Call rotation
· 通过推行工程最佳实践,积极参与技术文化建设。Help to shape our engineering culture by introducing and sharing best practices
Requirements必备条件 | Must-Haves
· 5–8年全栈开发经验,具备扎实的后端与数据处理能力5-8 years as a full-stack engineer, with significant backend/data work
· 4年以上基于 JavaScript/TypeScript 及相关框架(如 )构建 Web 应用的经验,能够编写高质量、可维护的代码;4+ years' experience in building web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as You write code that colleagues consider high quality without much review needed
· 4年以上熟练使用关系型数据库的经验(如 MySQL/PostgreSQL),可独立完成数据模型设计、查询优化与性能调优。 4+ years' experience in working with relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres. You are comfortable designing schemas, optimizing queries, debugging performance issues without support
· 具备作为核心开发人员,独立或主导完成复杂功能从概念到上线的全流程经验。 Strong experience taking substantial features from concept to production as the sole or lead programmer
· 拥有 及相关 UI 组件库的前端开发实践;Experience in building web front-end using and UI libraries
· 熟悉CI/CD 流程、Docker 及 DevOps 相关工具与方法; Experience with CI/CD, Docker and DevOps
· 具备优秀的问题解决能力、批判性思维和沟通协作技能,能在高度自主的环境中推进工作。Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Strong ability to operate autonomously
· 具备与高阶工程师协作的经验,既能在自身领域主导技术决策,也尊重他人专业判断; Experience collaborating with other senior engineers as peers - you're comfortable both leading technical decisions in your domain and deferring to others in theirs
· 适应早期创业公司的工作节奏与不确定性,具备在模糊环境中推进任务的能力。Familiar with the rhythm and pace of early-stage startups; OK with the level of ambiguity that often comes at this stage
· 拥有使用 OpenAI/Anthropic API 及向量数据库构建 LLM 应用经验者优先
· Any experience in building LLM applications using OpenAI/Anthropic APIs and vector databases is welcomed
