Position Overview: The Vice General Manager – Sales will lead the strategic and operational sales efforts of the company, focusing on delivering infrastructure equipment to the non-coal mining sector. This role requires a seasoned leader who understands sales not just as a transactional function, but as a core management discipline that integrates strategy, operations, and customer engagement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be in his mid-forties familiar with the Chinese non-coal mining market and fluent in English and Mandarin. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Leadership -Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's long-term business objectives. -Position sales as a core management function, integrating it with product development, marketing, and customer service. -Identify and develop new business opportunities in the non-coal mining sector in China and potentially at a later stage internationally. Sales Operations & Team Management -Build, lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture. -Establish and monitor KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics. -Oversee the preparation of proposals, tenders, and contracts for large-scale infrastructure projects. Client & Market Development -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and government entities. -Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. -Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration -Work closely with production, logistics, and after-sales service teams to ensure seamless project execution. -Collaborate with finance and legal departments to manage risk and ensure contract compliance. -Support the General Manager in strategic planning and business development initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements Education -Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). Experience -Proven track record in the non-coal mining equipment industry, -Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial equipment sales in mining, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. -Demonstrated ability to manage sales as a strategic business function.

Skills -Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written); ability to communicate effectively with national clients and international partners. -Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, project-based selling, and long-cycle sales. -Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.

Other Requirements -Willingness to travel frequently, both within China and internationally. -Familiarity with Chinese business practices and international trade regulations. -Strong ethical standards and a commitment to compliance and safety.
