ScopeThe Senior Manager is responsible for the implementation of Supply Chain operation autonomous mobile robots (AMR) across all SCL properties. The incumbent will closely monitor the daily operations of AMR, develop AMR performance dashboard, analyze and optimize the delivery operation process and routings, investigate technical issues and work with suppliers and cross function departments on solutions, and more importantly diligently seek for potential AMR expansion opportunities in other departments and other SCL properties

ResponsibilitiesAMR Fleet Leadership – oversee all aspects of AMR lifecycle operations across properties, covering deployment, daily performance tracking, maintenance and system enhancementProject and Program Management – lead AMR rollout and operational projects – prioritize, schedule, allocate resources and ensure on-time executionPerformance Metrics and Continuous Improvement – define and monitor KPIs such as delivery rates, error/rescue counts, uptime and route efficiency. Use data insights to drive performance improvementsCross-functional Collaboration – coordinate with Facilities, IT, GPI and AMR supplier to resolve operational issues like floor conditions, network reliability and safety interventionsQuality Assurance and Reliability – implement QA mechanisms, troubleshooting protocols and emergency response plans to reduce rescues and system interruptionsStrategic Planning and Vision – develop short and long term strategies for AMR adoption, including expansion plans, technology upgrades and scalability considerationsSupplier and Stakeholder Management – manage relationships with robotics vendors, technology integrators and IT to align AMR performance with organizational needsBudgeting and Resource Planning – oversee budget planning, resource forecasting and CapEx for AMR infrastructure and support services

RequirementsSkills in technology automation, process analysis, and re-engineeringSolid Supply Chain operations experienceProven ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving environments and to work effectively within matrix organizationsExperience in driving process improvement and launching automation products or services, demonstrating the ability to work across departments and with external partnersFluent English and either Cantonese or MandarinBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Automation, Information Technology, or related disciplines
