Walmart Global eCommerce is seeking to hire Business Development (BD) Senior seller consultant to support building up the acquisition strategic business plan under the mission to help thousands of China sellers to sell on Walmart Marketplace in Canada, Mexico and Chile.
The senior seller consultant is responsible for supporting the acquisition of prospective sellers, managing the seller lifecycle, promoting key product adoption, and guide sellers to accelerate their sales on Walmart.
Main Responsibility including
a) develop a category scalable management strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining sellers' business portfolio;
b) Identify, recruit and launch sellers based on overall inbound acquisition strategic business plan to execute on aggressive growth plans, and support sellers on trouble shooting and solution providing during onboarding journey to grow their business;
c) Improve sellers onboarding experience and team effectiveness by key programs and initiatives planning and executing
d) Track, analyze, and report on personal and team KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement;
e) working with various stakeholders and teams across the Walmart organization understand their needs and deliver short-term & long-term business goals;

Entry Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Demonstrated track record of success in client communication or product/service sales roles, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and seller recruitment strategies.
• Experience on independently analyzing & solving problems
• Strong ability of data mining and analysis
• Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to initiate, lead and manage projects outside of primary responsibility
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in related areas
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platform management tools and software
• Be able to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and always strive for excellence in all tasks.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with in-depth experience in e-commerce industry
