The Global Graduate Program it's a fast-track role to management with unprecedented international exposure that's geared specifically for high-potential Individuals.
As a BAT graduate, you will support the discovery and creation of new technology related to Vapour and THP (Heated Tobacco) Devices, to build robust technology specifications based on market insights and consumer requirements, which can be integrated and into the SzIC Integration Team as part of the BAT Product Development Process.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
Degree in relevant Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics) subject in world first class universities
Fluency in Chinses and English.
Ability to work in dynamic & volatile environment.
Ability to work in ambiguous situations and draw hypothesis and conclusions from incomplete data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ambitious and eager to progress.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, networking, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
