The ideal candidate will leverage proven strategies to double or more our online e-Store revenue month-over-month for the next two years, focusing on B2B and enterprise customers in the IT hardware space. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce growth strategy, including site optimization, user experience enhancements, SEO/SEM, and personalized marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV).
• Analyze marketplace trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes (e.g., Dell, Cisco) to identify opportunities for revenue acceleration, targeting a 100% YoY growth trajectory.
• Lead cross-functional teams (product, marketing, IT, sales) to integrate advanced tools like AI-driven recommendations, dynamic pricing, and CRM systems for seamless B2B purchasing.
• Oversee P&L for the e-Store, managing budgets for digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic), partnerships, and promotions while ensuring profitability.
• Implement data analytics and A/B testing to optimize key metrics: cart abandonment reduction (<20%), repeat="" purchase="" rate="" (="">30%), and international expansion.20%),>
• Collaborate with supply chain and fulfillment partners to ensure fast, reliable shipping (e.g., leveraging our free shipping over $200 policy) and enhance customer support via live chat and self-service tools.
• Monitor and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Plus (or similar), and BI dashboards, presenting monthly insights to executive leadership.
• Foster innovation in emerging channels, such as AR product visualization for servers and sustainability-focused campaigns aligned with Supermicro's green initiatives

Qualifications:
• 10+ years in e-commerce leadership, with 5+ years in B2B tech/hardware sales (experience at Amazon, Shopify, Shopee, Alibaba, Dell Online, or similar marketplaces strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of scaling online revenue (e.g., 2x+ growth in 12-24 months) through data-driven strategies; B2B expertise in high-ticket items ($1K+) is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Expertise in platforms like Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce; proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe), and A/B testing tools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote/global teams; excellent communication for stakeholder alignment.
