Staff Sensor Development Engineer
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Very closely interact with European and regional China teams to develop and execute acoustic tests to characterize MEMS microphone sensor products to ensure specified sensor requirements
- Support failure analysis to improve design concepts and optimize requirement definition
- Pro-actively manage technical development by teaming up with failure analysis, qualification, production, and design experts
- Report results and recommendations to the product development team
Your Profile
You have a high degree of analytical skills and innovative power and come up with new ideas. You strive to get the best results and demonstrate high quality standards for yourself. Besides that, you trust in others and treat each other with fairness and respect.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Technology, Physics or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry
- Hands-on experience in sensor testing and characterization; in addition, microphone testing experience are a plus
- Very good English language skills
- Self-driven and proactive in driving tasks and progress
- Solid networking, team, and communication skills
- Strongly methodical and analytical when approaching problems
- Good working experience in MATLAB; in addition, Python is a plus
