Job Responsibility
岗位职责:

Gema system creation and operation management;
Using SAP system to schedule the PM plan and supervise the effectiveness of implementation;
Establish and implement effectively TPM plan, solve the recurring electrical and mechanical fault and optimize equipment in the best running state;
Quick response and implement the solution for major fault;
New project equipment acceptance review;
Provide maintenance personnel to support industrial computer, PLC and HMI and the maintenance technology, reduce fault caused equipment down;
Manage and backup program and the process parameters;
Coordinate the training for maintenance personnel to improve their technical skill;
Responsible for the management of the equipment drawings and updated;
Establish the spare parts requirements and inventory record;
Comply with the other rules and policy of Security, operation and 5S;
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement
岗位要求:

Bachelor's degree or above, Major in electromechanical integration/industrial automation/ machinery manufacturing and automation;
5 years working experience, at least 3 years field automation equipment maintenance experience in manufacturing industry;
Familiar with Siemens PLC programming software, familiar with control system, electrical

sensing device and electronic safety equipment, know servo system (Siemens, Rexroth);

Good English skills in written and verbal, good computer skills in office software;
Familiar with Hydraulic and pneumatic;
Prefer to have ability to use CAD or CATIA or SolidWorks for mechanical design;
Good teamwork spirit.
